Health and aged care facilities never close. Work has to be delivered around clinical activity, resident routines and visiting hours, in shared spaces, often at short notice.
Our teams are inducted to site protocols before their first shift — zoning, colour-coded equipment segregation, PPE requirements, spill and exposure response, and escalation paths for clinical incidents. Where a job cannot proceed safely, it is escalated rather than forced.
Consistency matters more here than anywhere
In residential aged care we roster consistent, familiar teams rather than rotating staff. A cleaner who knows a resident notices the things a specification never listed — and a resident who knows the cleaner is not confronted by a stranger in their room each week.
Cleared to the standard the site requires
All personnel hold national police clearance. Where the environment requires it — as on our Royal Flying Doctor Service contract — teams also hold ASIC clearance. Confidentiality protocols and ongoing training in data protection apply across every clinical engagement.
