The building has to be ready before the bell.
Term-time discipline, holiday-period intensity, and teams cleared to work around children.
Education cleaning runs on two clocks at once. During term, the work happens in the narrow window between the last student leaving and the first arriving, without disrupting a timetable that cannot move. During holidays, the same site needs a programme of deep and restorative works compressed into a fortnight.
We plan both together, so the holiday programme addresses what the term-time schedule cannot reach rather than repeating it.

Working with Children Checks
Held by every team member attending an education site, verified and re-checked against expiry.
National police clearance
Baseline for all personnel across every contract we hold.
Consistent, named teams
Schools do not suit rotating casual labour. We roster the same people and manage replacements through a controlled process.
Playground and soft-fall inspection
Condition checks and top-up as part of the grounds programme, documented against the safety standard.
Food-area hygiene
Canteen and food preparation zones cleaned under the green colour-coded protocol with separate equipment and laundering.
What we do while the students are away
Hard floor strip, seal and burnish. Carpet extraction and restorative treatment. High-level and external cleaning. Detailed amenity works. Delivered by our national specialist technician network to a programme agreed before term ends, so the campus is ready for day one.
