When the work is bigger than a work order.
Refurbishment, fit-out, make-good, restoration and minor construction — coordinated end to end.
Most of our project work happens in buildings that stay open. A council facility still serving the public, a ward still admitting patients, a school mid-term, a centre still trading.
We stage works around operations, isolate and protect, manage noise and dust, and brief your people before we start rather than after they complain. And because we are usually still servicing the building afterwards, we have a stake in how it performs — which a contractor who disappears at practical completion does not.

HOW WE RUN A PROJECT
Scope and cost
Documented scope, itemised pricing and a programme you can hold us to.
Approvals and compliance
Permits, certifications and regulatory approvals managed as part of the job, not handed back to you.
Delivery
One project manager, one site supervisor, one reporting line. Progress reported against programme, with photographs.
Handover
Documentation, warranties, as-builts and a defects period we actually service.
One point of coordination, not four
Trades, access, permits, deliveries, waste, cleaning and reinstatement — sequenced by one coordinator against a single programme. On multi-tenant and operational sites, that coordination is usually the difference between a project that lands and one that drags.
