TRAINEESHIP PATHWAYS

Client Services Manager
Manages client relationships, service quality, team coordination and compliance with SLA and KPI standards. Cert IV Cleaning Management, Cert IV WHS, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Cert IV Project Management, Lead Auditor Management Systems.

Business Administration Manager
Coordinates administrative functions, manages staff and oversees the operations centre. Cert IV Business Administration, Cert IV Project Management, Adobe Illustrator Essentials, Microsoft Certified Administrator.

SHEQ & Work Health Safety Officer
Ensures workplace safety, manages regulatory compliance, conducts risk assessments and implements safety policy. Diploma of Work Health and Safety, Cert IV Cleaning Management, Lead Auditor Management Systems.

Specialised Services Technician
Advanced cleaning including hard floor maintenance, carpet care and emergency response. Cert IV Specialty Cleaning and Restoration, Cert IV WHS, Cert IV Project Management, CTS Decon Specialist.
