Equipment, cloths and chemicals are colour-coded by zone and reinforced with visual cues in every cleaning room. Staff are trained at induction and on an ongoing basis.
- Red — Bathrooms and toilets. Highest contamination risk, never crosses into another zone.
- Green — Kitchens and food preparation. Food-safe protocols, separate laundering.
- Blue — General areas. Offices, lobbies, hallways and public circulation.
- Yellow — Clinical and biohazard. Medical rooms and controlled clinical environments.
GECA-certified, closed-loop, correctly diluted.
Our daily-use chemical range is GECA certified through Agar and supplied nationally by ABCO. Dosing runs through Seko ProMax closed-loop proportioning systems, which prevent direct contact with concentrate, eliminate over-dilution and cut packaging waste and transport emissions.
Where a site has no water access, we use the Chemi-SAFE manual pump system, dosing 30ml per stroke against a colour-coded label. Precision either way.
How you know it happened
Attendance disputes are the single most common failure point in a cleaning contract. We removed the argument.
