Councils, hospitals, schools, supermarkets, depots and offices. Most of our work happens after hours, and the measure of it is that nobody notices — the doors open, the floors are dry, the bins are empty, the amenities are stocked, and the building is ready before the first person arrives.

We’ve been doing this since 2012. It is the core of our business and the reason most of our clients first called us.

We take the whole load. Faults are logged through one channel, triaged against your urgency categories and dispatched by the Central Operations Group. Planned servicing runs to a schedule built from your asset register. And you get one account manager who knows your portfolio, not a call centre that reads it off a screen.

Before a resident reaches the library door or a patient reaches reception, they’ve already formed a view — from the car park, the garden bed, the verge and the entry. Grounds work is presentation work, and we treat it that way.

Refurbishments, fit-outs, make-goods, defect rectification and minor construction — managed end to end by people who will still be servicing the building afterwards.

That last point matters more than it sounds. A contractor who disappears at practical completion has no stake in how the building performs. We do, because we’re usually still there every night.
